We eventually took a beach villa and were quite happy with the decision. We spent most of the day outside anyway. The beach was beautiful in the morning and the water was incredibly clear. Early morning walks were probably my favourite part because it was quiet and there were hardly any people around.

We also did snorkelling and a dolphin cruise. The dolphin sighting was a bit of luck — we didn't see them for quite some time and then suddenly a group appeared near the boat. That became one of the funniest moments of the trip because everyone started shouting and pointing at the same time.
